Due to the high number of participants at this year’s conference most hotels are now fully booked.  

Rooms are available at Nyborg strand – hotel & Conference.  When booking please send an email to nyborgstrand@nyborgstrand.dk and refer to reservation number 75000. The price is 160 EUR per night.

From the hotel at Nyborg Strand to ODEON, it is approx. 30 minutes by train.

The rooms at Hotel Nyborg Strand are pre-booked until May 1.

Other accommodation option in Odense which still is available are B&B and Aribnb.

Some hotels in Odense will also during April be releasing rooms since some will be cancelled etc.
